Byford sculpture recognises Landcare SJ’s contribution to saving Black Cockatoos

The sculpture has been commissioned by the Byford Progress Association to recognise Landcare SJ’s contribution to saving this iconic threatened species by the development of our artificial nest boxes – the Cockatube ®.

The COCKATUBE ®  nest box has been designed specifically for the 3 species of Black Cockatoo found in Western Australia, but is suitable for Black Cockatoo species Australia wide.
