We have now successfully completed the Aquila Search of Water Hyacinth. Thank you all for your hard work and patience with some of the images, which were out of focus. The camera has now been rectified and next time will have much clearer images. One of our members, David Hill, from the Department of Agriculture and Food will now go through all the marked images for a final selection.
Over 37,000 images were scanned, a huge task. Citizen science at its best.
